Customer Reviews
Solid quality, minor delivery issue
I purchased an "Isolierte Hundehütte" for my husky. The quality of the wood and insulation is really impressive, much better than anything you'd find at a big box store. It feels very sturdy and well-built. My only small gripe was the delivery took 7 days to reach me in rural Idaho, a bit longer than I expected. But once it arrived, putting it together was easy enough. Overall, I'm pleased with the product itself.
Detailed review of my Hundezwinger purchase
I ordered a full "Hundezwinger" setup, including "Zwinger-Elemente" and a "Hundezwinger mit Holzboden." The ordering process on their website was intuitive, I could easily select all the components I needed. Delivery to my home in Texas took about 10 days, and everything was securely packaged on a pallet. Assembly was manageable for one person, though an extra pair of hands would have helped with the larger panels. The quality of the wood and metal elements is excellent; it feels very robust. I had a quick question about anchoring the fence, and their customer service responded within a day with helpful advice. My dogs are enjoying their new outdoor space. It's clear these are made to last.
Got a good deal on a Welpenauslauf
I was looking for a "Welpenauslauf" and found Sauerlandshop had a sale going on. The price was significantly better than what I saw at some other places like Zooplus. With the discount, it felt like a really good value for money. Shipping wasn't free for my order size, but even with that, the total cost was still the best option. Glad I waited for a deal.
Reliable as always
This was my third order from Sauerlandshop, I needed a new "Kleintierstall." Just like before, the quality was top-notch, and delivery was prompt. I appreciate how consistent they are; their products always hold up well. It's why I keep coming back for all my outdoor animal needs. Great to see that standard hasn't slipped.
Good Hundehütte Massivholz
I ordered a "Hundehütte Massivholz." It arrived quickly, well-packaged. Assembly was straightforward. Dog seems to like it. Solid construction. Happy with the purchase.

are the dog houses really solid wood or is it more like that pressed stuff? trying to avoid something that'll fall apart in a year.
hey, was wondering if anyone knows how long shipping usually takes for a dog house to, say, Miami, FL? trying to plan ahead for a new puppy.
anyone got a discount code for sauerlandshop? looking to get one of their bigger kennels and every little bit helps.
how do these compare to like, a Fressnapf or Zooplus dog house? is it really worth the extra money?
do they really do custom sizes for dog houses? my dog is a weird in-between size and nothing off the shelf fits him right.
